The FCC board is comprised of member camp representatives who are nominated and elected  at the FCC Annual General Meeting in February of each year.

Each representative is elected for a 3 year term. The finance and membership coordinator is appointed annually.

The business of the FCC Executive includes meeting to discuss Annual Conference planning, membership issues, financial affairs, and the support and promotion of Christian camping in British Columbia.
