Location: Heriot Bay, BC

This person is responsible for running the camp office. This position calls for exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills. The successful candidate must balance attention to detail with high productivity (you are a self-starter capable of ‘making things happen’).

Good computer skills (typing speed = 60 wpm) including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc. is required. Ability to learn CampBrain, WordPress, and other software is a must. Adaptability, reliability, and discretion are important attributes. All staff must be committed to working as part of a team to build the Kingdom of God. Assistant Director - Roseau River Bible Camp - Full-time, Year-Round

Location: Roseau River, Manitoba, Canada.

Roseau River Bible Camp is seeking to fill a full-time, permanent Assistant Director position. RRBC’s mission is to honor God by evangelizing and discipling children, youth and adults using Biblical truths in our camping and conference programs. In alignment with this purpose, the Assistant Director is, by nature, an outreach role with a goal of reaching children and youth with the Gospel and training leaders for future ministry, committed to building the Kingdom of God.
The purpose of this position is to oversee the Camp Ministry Leadership team in serving summer staff and volunteers as they minister to children, young people, and adults in a manner that provides the finest possible platform for the proclamation of the Gospel and the discipleship of participants. The Food Service Manager functions as Camp Homewood’s Head Cook. They direct the overall operation of Food Services including: customer service; personnel management; menu planning; purchasing, receiving and storing food; food preparation and presentation; cleaning, sanitation, and record keeping. The FS Manager is responsible for building a team that strives for excellence in the preparation and presentation of appealing, well balanced and nutritional meals for groups of 30 – 280 people. Food is to be served on schedule and at its peak. Working to deadlines is critically important! 


This individual is part of a team committed to building the Kingdom of God. Camp Homewood’s ministry is relational. Staff must be able to convey a sense of Christ-like hospitality and concern for guests and staff. Staff must be able to work with and minister to the volunteer high school and college age young people who serve at camp. Stillwood hosts over 60,000 meals every year, and therefore has a large kitchen team that services our programs.
