Leadership Coordinator -
If
you have a passion for seeing young men and women grow in their faith, skills
and Godly leadership, then this position may be for you. You'll be
part of a community with mutual goals. RockRidge Canyon’s Intern and CREW
programs provide a short term service opportunity to a group of up to 21 young
adults throughout the year. Interns and CREW serve in key leadership positions
overseeing our camp activities, ensuring that our guests are served well and in
the summer Young Life’s teenage campers have the best week of their lives!
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Intern/Crew Coordinator partners
with the property staff team to train, mentor and develop these young Christian

Camp Cook / Baker -
Great
food speaks to the heart and you know how to communicate with food.
RockRidge Canyon has a reputation for excellent food services in our
niche. Merge your faith and team skills with our well appointed kitchen
and bakery. You work under the direction of the Food Services Manager (or
designate) to assist with food preparation and presentation, including baking,
receiving and storing food, and kitchen cleaning and sanitation. You are part
of a team that strives for excellence in the preparation and presentation of
appealing, well balanced and nutritious meals for groups of 25 – 450

Fall and Winter Semester
Interns(s) -
Our Intern program for young
adults focuses on leadership development. You will live, study and serve
together, building real life vocational skills within the invigorating
RockRidge Canyon community.
The positions are volunteer, with
monthly stipend plus room & board included. Best suited for college age
adults. Work, including local outreach, is estimated at approximately 40 hours
a week, which may include weekends, in Guest Services, Food Services, Site and
Facilities, Housekeeping and any other departments, depending on need. Some

Housekeeper -
A
full time position is available reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, you
prepare camp to receive our guests, ensuring that Young Life’s standards of
excellence in service and presentation exceed their needs and
expectations. You ensure Christ-like hospitality to the property’s guest
groups by providing exceptional cleaning services, professional bed making and
fulfillment of last minute tasks as required. We run an exceptional summer

Food Service Manager -
The Food Services Manager is responsible
for all aspects of the Food Services department including: menu and meal planning, food
preparation and presentation, dining room service, personnel management,
scheduling, purchasing and inventory management, budget preparation and
management, sanitation systems management, cleanliness and overall appearance
of the dining room, kitchen, food storage and other food service-related areas.
The Food Services Manager will have a hands-on role versus purely
managerial.
