Responsible to: The Rough Acres Bible Camp Board of Directors

Purpose: As Executive Director you will lead our staff team as they engage campers with the life-transforming message of Jesus within the fun atmosphere of summer camp.

The executive Director reports to the camp board of directors. Your priorities will include caring for campers, leading our team of volunteers and staff, and co-managing the budget and facilities with our board of directors and our caretaker.

Title: Wilderness Director

Location: Ness Lake Bible Camp, Prince George BC

This position combines the year round job of Year Round Crew with the WilderNess Director job. 

Our Year Round Crew work towards completing Ness Lake Bible Camp's goals of serving guest groups with excellence, aiding in the preparation of the property & program for summer camp and, helping with minor and major ongoing projects.

Our WilderNess Director has the chance to run our bush camp with up to 40 campers a week in the summer. With no running water or electricity, you have the opportunity to bring things back to the basics while also running specific, focused camps like our Paintball Adrenaline Camp or our Expedition Camp, which will take you and your campers on adventures in Northern BC. 

While we'd love this to be a year round position, there may be the opportunity for it to be filled by someone available mid-April to the end of August.

Head Cook 1

Location: Camp Squeah (Hope, BC)

Camp Squeah (Hope, BC) is looking for a full-time, year-round, long-term Head Cook. The position will combine hands-on meal prep and service in our kitchen, as well as management and spiritual mentorship to our kitchen staff. We serve up to 200 guests during our peak season, which runs from April through October. Through the winter we have a variety of groups who come to retreat at Camp Squeah.  The Head Cook with work together with the Food Services Manager to effectively manage the kitchen production of meals for our campers/guests. The ideal candidate would have experience running a large-scale commercial kitchen, have a strong Christian faith, be an organized leader, and also have a heart for camp ministry.

Food Service Director (Full Time) 

Location: Stillwood Camp & Conference Centre (Cultus Lake, BC)

Stillwood Camp & Conference Centre is seeking a full-time Food Services Director to lead and oversee all kitchen and dining operations while fostering a Christ-centered team culture. This role provides spiritual leadership within the kitchen environment and ensures the effective management of large-scale meal production (300+ guests), menu planning, purchasing, budgeting, regulatory compliance (Fraser Health & WorkSafeBC), and supervision of kitchen staff and volunteers.
